My Photo on a Cooler

Since first starting this business in 1994, there has been a steady increase in clients wanting small print runs of products printed with their special photograph, sometimes with additional text and logos. This page has been especially put together just for you! It’s basically a stripped down version of all the information on the web site. Click on any of the blue links, to find out more about anything I’ve mentioned.

What’s the minimum order quantity?

We can print your favourite photograph or full colour computer graphic using our dye sublimation print process and can supply you with
as few as 24 coolers/products. We can also add in your extra wording, clip art images etc. and ANY background colour. As this process prints the background colour at the same time as the image, you are not limited to choosing from our stock neoprene colours.

What products can I buy?

By far, the two most popular items we’ve custom printed with photographs are our 002 Cylinder with Base Can/Stubby/Stubbie/Bottle Coolers/Holders, (that fit 375 ml beer and ‘soft drink’ cans, or 375 ml stubbie/stubby/echo beer/cider bottles — all of the images on this page are this product type) or our 020 Slimline with Base Can/Bottle Coolers (that fit most smaller pre-mixed alcoholic drink bottles, or 250 ml energy drink cans). Visit the product page to view a wide range of other items available to you. Only those items marked as being available with dye sublimation print can be printed with photographs.

How much are they?

There are an incredible amount of variables, which will determine how much a particular order of products will cost.

To give you an accurate price, we need to know the product/s you’re interested in, the quantity/s, the printing technique/s required and your delivery location.

Depending on the product, the art area can also affect the price. To get a no obligation quote, which accurately reflects your needs, select the product you’re interested in and fill in the quote page. This is not an automated service. Expect a reply from me within 12 hours on a weekday.

For a very fast quote, ring me on (03) 6231 5188 within Australia, +61 3 6231 5188 from overseas. Don’t expect to pay too much! I aim to be the lowest cost wholesaler, of top quality, Australian made neoprene goods within Australia. To find out more, visit the pricing ethics page.

Who does the design for me?

We can either design something for you (see artwork services) or you can supply your own design or photograph (see artwork) or we can combine our and your art, to make sure you get the print you want. Be careful not to infringe anyone else’s copyright, if sending art or photographs to us. After we’ve put your art together, we will submit an initial proof.

Give me some designs and fonts to choose from!

There are a few examples on this page, of the many products we’ve printed using our dye sublimation print technique. As well as sending us your photograph, we can also put together a product using other photographs or images. I’m a subscriber to the Clipart.com web site which has millions of good quality images on it, with a searchable database, which are available for us to use as part of your print.

Go to the Clipart website and use the search box on the left of the page. Type your keyword/s, and click search, then click on the info/download button of the image you like. Email me the item number, and I then download the image, to use in your design. Don’t try to download the image yourself. To use a photo or clip art image as part of a dye sublimation print we can use virtually any image, in any format, from the web site. Be aware that for the best print result, the image needs to be high resolution (over 300 dpi is ideal).

Fonts

There are also plenty of font types (writing styles) available for us to download and use on your print. You can search for a font alphabetically, or search by category. Visit the font section of the Clipart website, and after finding the font style you like, email me the font name. Don't try to download the font file yourself.

Who delivers them?

We use Australia Post, Direct Freight Express, and TNT. They deliver any of our products in Australia and world wide.

See the delivery page for more information »

How long does it take from my order to when they’re delivered?

Not too long — usually within 2 weeks, and often much quicker. We always try to fit time sensitive orders in, so please contact me, if you need something in a hurry. Manufacturing time depends on seasonal demand, and the amount of orders we have in the production queue.

If you need your products delivered before Christmas/New Year, or early January, we’d need your order in place by the end of November. This is because the beginning of the Australian summer is when everyone wants coolers, and we get flooded with orders.
